Office visit rules and guidelines
Coastal Foot Care Services, Inc. is committed to providing a healthy, sanitary, and COVID-19 free environment for our patients, and guests. In order to facilitate this environment, we have implemented rules and guidelines. We ask that if you have any symptoms whatsoever, please follow the CDC guidelines linked here.
If you have any questions, comments or concerns feel free to contact our staff during business hours.
Personal Safety:
All patients and guests will be required to arrive with and wear their own protective mask at all times.
A brief patient screening will be conducted over the phone prior to your visit.
Upon arrival temperature checks will be performed.
Waiting Room Safety:
Limited seating will be available in our waiting room, and social distancing will be implemented.
Our patients are welcome to call us upon arrival, and remain in their vehicles until their scheduled appointment time.
Our office is fully equipped with hand sanitizer for use upon arrival and departure.
Our Staff:
Consistently clean high-touch areas with medical grade disinfectant.
Clean every appointment room with medical grade disinfectant upon each visit.
Wash their hands thoroughly and replace their gloves between treatment of each patient.
Wear masks at all times.

Reschedule appointments for a future date if you are feeling unwell, have traveled by air in the previous 14 days or have had close contact with someone who has traveled by air in the previous 14 days
